  • $599.00 Early Bird Registration - This rate applies to attendees who registers before 3/31/2026 
  • $650.00 Full Conference Registration - Full Registration between 4/1/2026-5/1/2026
  • $750.00 Late/Onsite Registration - This fee applies to attendees registering after 5/1/2026 
  • $599.00 Full GUEST Registration - A guest (non-REEA Member) registration prior to 5/1/2026 must accompany attendee with a full paid registration. Includes all conference sessions and meals. Limited one guest per attendee.  After 5/1/2026 rate will increase
  • $449.00 Partial Guest Registration - meal events only - Invite your Guest (Non-REEA member) to join you for the following: Wednesday night Networking Event, Thursday Lunch, and Friday Closing Dinner. This fee does not allow your guest to attend the full conference. Registration rate prior to 7/1/2026. A $50 late charge will be added effective 7/1/2026. Only 1 per paid REEA Member attendee.  
  • $125.00 GUEST - Closing Dinner Ticket Only - Invite your Guest to join you at our Closing Dinner.
  • $300.00 Conference Speaker - You must have been confirmed as a speaker for the conference to be eligible for this rate. This special rate expires 5/1/2026.  Registrations made after; rates listed apply.
  • $179.00 REEA GSI IDW #1 ONLY - Full Day, REEA GSI Instructor Development Workshop #1 "Master the Principles of Creating a Dynamic Classroom". Separate Ticketed Item.  Registrations after 6/1/2026 will include a $50.00 late registration fee. This is a separate ticketed item and is not included in your Conference registration. 
  • $179.00 REEA GSI IDW #2 ONLY - Full Day, REEA GSI Instructor Development Workshop #2 "Apply the Principles of Creating a Dynamic Classroom" Separate Ticketed Item.  Registrations after 6/1/2026 will include a $50.00 late registration fee. This is a separate ticketed item and is not included in your Conference registration.

  • $99.00 REEA's Pathway to Effective Curriculum Writing class - Join us for a 4-hour Professional Development workshop Separate Ticketed Item.  This course addresses four of the most important aspects of curriculum writing:  learning objectives, active learning strategies, effective assessment methods, and purposeful student and instructor manuals.  The course provides numerous opportunities to participate in engaging activities and get you on the pathway toward writing your own curriculum. Registrations after 6/1/2026 will include a $50.00 late registration fee. This is a separate ticketed item and is not included in your Conference registration. 
  • $499.00 One Day Registration - Thursday OR Friday Only - This fee applies for a full One-day registration, and you will be able to join all conference sessions including any meal events for that day.  Registrations made after 6/1/2026 will include a $50.00 late registration fee.​
