- $650.00 Full Conference Registration - Full Registration between 4/30/2026-5/31/2026
- $750.00 Late/Onsite Registration - This fee applies to attendees registering after 5/31/2026
- $599.00 Full GUEST Registration - A guest (non-REEA Member) registration prior to 5/1/2026 must accompany attendee with a full paid registration. Includes all conference sessions and meals. Limited one guest per attendee. After 5/1/2026 rate will increase
- $449.00 Partial Guest Registration - meal events only - Invite your Guest (Non-REEA member) to join you for the following: Wednesday night Networking Event, Thursday Lunch, and Friday Closing Dinner. This fee does not allow your guest to attend the full conference. Registration rate prior to 7/1/2026. A $50 late charge will be added effective 7/1/2026. Only 1 per paid REEA Member attendee.
- $125.00 GUEST - Closing Dinner Ticket Only - Invite your Guest to join you at our Closing Dinner.
- $300.00 Conference Speaker - You must have been confirmed as a speaker for the conference to be eligible for this rate. This special rate expires 5/1/2026. Registrations made after; rates listed apply.
- $179.00 REEA GSI IDW #1 ONLY - Full Day, REEA GSI Instructor Development Workshop #1 "Master the Principles of Creating a Dynamic Classroom". Separate Ticketed Item. Registrations after 6/1/2026 will include a $50.00 late registration fee. This is a separate ticketed item and is not included in your Conference registration.
