Ennis Antoine, GSI - Ennis is the Senior Vice President of Training and Professional Development at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. “I have a true passion for educational excellence and take great pride in preparing my students for success,” says Antoine. “My goal is to provide our sales professionals with the most up to date information and hands on coaching.” He currently holds the position of Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Congressman David Scott for NAR, and serves as the 2020 Vice Chair for NAR Federal Legislative and Political Forum and was recently inducted into the NAR Political Action Committee Hall of Fame. A graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, Antoine's comprehensive list of achievements is extensive. In 2019, Antoine was awarded the coveted E.A. Isakson Leadership Award which recognizes an industry leader and member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association who has through initiative and leadership actions brought about a significant change, resulting in a lasting benefit to the membership, the community and/or the profession. A man of service, he has been a Deacon in his church for 27 years and is heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity, building houses across the United States.
Theresa Barnabei, GSI, REEA President - A twice published author, school owner and national trainer, Theresa has over 35,000 hours of live presentations. She is recognized as one of the most inspirational speakers in her field, focused on getting students to take action that will make a difference in their own lives. Her passion for real estate has afforded her the opportunity to be a presenter on behalf of NAR, REEA, and for associations and brokers throughout the country. She is the subject matter expert in Arizona for The CE Shop and hosts Real Success 365, a membership site that causes real estate agents to have success 365 days a year. Theresa is a GSI “Gold Standard Instructor” with REEA and has held the positions of REEA Director, REEA Secretary on the Executive Committee and is currently the President of REEA.
Katherine Buchholz, DREI - joined the real estate education community in 2017 as a member of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's Education and Licensing professional staff. Originally an English teacher in Public Schools in North Carolina, Washington D.C., and London, England. She has since returned to the classroom to teach Real Estate courses full time. Katherine is a graduate of App State (BS English Education) and UNCW (M. Ed. English), is a CDEI certified and earned her REEA Distinguished Real Estate Instructor in 2019.
Carl Carter, Jr., is a REALTOR® and the Founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving agent safety. His mom, REALTOR® Beverly Carter, lost her life at the hands of a couple posing as clients in 2014. Since his mother's passing, Carl has dedicated as much time as possible to spreading the message of safety. He was recently appointed as a Delegate to the National Safety Council, where he advocates for the safety of lone workers. He has a Master and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of AR in Little Rock, AR, and an Executive Masters in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service.
Cindy Chandler, DREI, GSI - Cindy has her own consulting and training company, The Chandler Group, and has worked for numerous organizations in the areas of investment real estate, syndication, strategic planning, management, and marketing. She was previously a commercial developer and syndicator. Cindy has served as an expert witness in several real estate litigation matters and has been in real estate for 40 years. She is the author of 3 editions of “The Insider’s Guide to Commercial Real Estate” published by Dearborn/Kaplan Publishing and has authored numerous continuing educations courses taught throughout the southeast. She serves on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and served as the Chair 2015-2016. She has been a NC Real Estate Commission approved instructor for over 25 years. She specializes in teaching commercial real estate continuing education classes and has been doing so for over 25 years.
Candace "Candy" Cooke, GSI - Having been involved in the real estate field since 1983, Candace Cooke’s experience includes real estate research and valuation of residential and commercial properties with an emphasis in residential appraisal, the management of both residential and commercial real estate, real estate development and construction and real property tax protest arbitration. Ms. Cooke has also actively listed and sold real estate in Central Texas. Ms. Cooke previously worked for several years as a contractor with the State of Texas in the assessment of appraisal districts with regards to school district funding. Ms. Cooke is both a certified general appraiser as well as a real estate broker in the State of Texas. Ms. Cooke is now dedicating a large portion of her time to the education of both real estate agents and appraisers.
Betsy Coyne - PCMAC Technology founder and CEO, Betsy Coyne, is known for her ability to explain today's technology in a concise yet patient way. After 8 years of conducting systems training for corporate America, she started her successful business in 1995 training people how to use and experience technology by learning the applications inside and out from menus to toolbar buttons. While she deals mostly with training staff in group sessions, Betsy is asked to work virtually in one-on-one settings providing much needed troubleshooting for individual scenarios. She is proud to say that much of her business comes from previous clients who have found her style of teaching practical, focused and unhurried.
Len Elder, JD, CDEI. DREI, GSI - Len currently serves as the Education and Development Officer for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. A long standing member of REEA, Len holds both the GSI and DREI designations and has taught over 40,000 hours of live classroom education hours. REEA has recognized Len with the Mark Barker, You Lift Me Up Award and a classroom program of the year award. Nationally, Len has served on the DREI Leadership Council and REEA Board of Directors and has taught Instructor Development Workshops for over 20 different state regulatory agencies. In North Carolina, Len has been the recipient of the Larry Outlaw Award for Excellence in Education, a NC Real Estate Instructor of the Year and the past president of NCREEA.
Andrea Detrick, GSI -Andrea has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years, first as a designer, builder, and developer before becoming a licensee. She served as President of the Mississippi REALTORS® in 2015, was inducted into the MARPAC Hall of Fame in 2011, was selected as the Instructor of the Year of the Mississippi REALTORS® Institute for 2017 & 2018, is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach, and received her GSI Certification (Gold Standard Instructor). She currently serves as the Director of Education for the Mississippi REALTORS® Institute.
Holly Ewert, GSI - Holly Ewert, GSI is a single mother of two (2) beautiful daughters, with a twenty-year gap between them. She has been residing in Georgia since September of 1995. In her working with students her goal is, to able to give back to my community. She loves to learning and feels that knowledge is power. With over 30 years of experience in every aspect of the real estate industry Holly has a lot of knowledge to share. Holly loves to share her energy and enthusiasm for learning and teaching by becoming a part of the group of educators that represent the state of Georgia now and is also a member of GREEA, the Georgia REEA. In 2017 Holly became an instructor, and in 2018 I became a GSI instructor with REEA. Now as an Associate Broker and Instructor it has been a whirlwind of fun for Holly and she is looking forward to more years of real estate industry fun. Anything to do with real estate, she absolutely loves it!
Roseann Farrow - is a national instructor and a NY State licensed real estate broker who lives in the Hudson Valley, 70 miles north of Manhattan. A REALTOR® Emeritus with over 40 years’ experience in training, course development, management & business consulting, she also facilitates Instructor Training Institute (ITI) and Course Development (CDW) programs for other trainers. Her greatest accomplishment is her family, and her greatest asset is her sense of humor.
Charles J. Jacobus, DREI - is an attorney with law offices in Bellaire, Texas, and is an EVP of Charter Title Company in Houston, Texas. He is board certified by the State Bar of Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Law and has sat or currently is with a variety of Real Estate committee. Chuck is a past President of REEA, the Texas Real Estate Teacher’s Association and Mayor of his home town of Bellaire, Texas. He has twice been names REEA’s Educator of the Year, a recipient of REEA’s Jack Wiedemer Distinguished Career Award and many more achievement in his career. He has been voted a Superlawyer as published by the Texas Monthly magazine every year since 2003 and was as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Texas and rated by US News and World Report as a Best Law Firm-Tier One Ranking in 2018. Chuck has also authored many Real Estate books in Texas including; An Introduction to the Profession, Real Estate Principles, Texas Title Insurance, Real Estate Brokerage and the Law of Agency.
Rebecca "Becky" Jones, GSI - Becky started her career in Real Estate in 1986 as a sales agent and then evolved into a NYS Cert Appraiser in 1990. She started her teaching path in 1995 at the local level. Becky is very involved in the real estate community including; Greater Binghamton Board of REALTORS®, President 1997,and was named REALTOR®/Appraiser of the year 1998 and REALTOR® of year 2018. The NYS Society of Real Estate Appraisers, President in 2009, NYSAR Appraisal Committee Chair 2017, NAR Real Property Valuation Chair 2018, Appraiser Qualifications Board Practical Applications Panel 2017, AQB Certificated USPAP Instructor The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) 2018-2019, REEA (Real Estate Educators Association) DREI Candidate and Gold Standard Instructor and was awarded with the President’s award in 2017 and the REEA Membership award in 2018.
Robert "Bob" Kutschbach, DREI, GSI - Bob has been on the faculty of Hondros College since 1989. During that time Bob has taught over 60 different courses to more than 50,000 students. He has developed many Real Estate courses and edited numerous text books. Bob was named instructor of the year in 1993 and 2007. Currently, Bob is the Broker and owner of an independent real estate company he founded in 1990 and has over 200 agents. He has served on the Board of the Columbus REALTORS®, Columbus MLS,. the Broker’s Advisory Committee and the Board of Ohio REALTORS®. He earned his $25 Million Dollar Award in 2017 and his Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. Additionally, in 2019, he was named Columbus REALTORS® Broker of the Year. Bob has attended approximately 20 REEA Conferences and given presentations at 12 of them. Bob served as the Treasurer for REEA and currently is REEA's President Elect. He was awarded his DREI in 2016 and the GSI Award in 2019. He has been a featured speaker at numerous state association meetings and twice at NAR National Conferences.
Melea Lemon, DREI - Melea obtained her North Carolina real estate license in 1986 and teamed up with her Realtor mother, Billie Lemon, helping 100's of families over the decades find the perfect home. In addition to helping folks with their home selling and home buying needs she has been co-owner of a real estate firm, Broker-in-Charge and Training Specialist. Melea obtained my B.S. in Marketing Education from North Carolina State University (NCSU) and taught marketing at both the high school and community college levels before starting my real estate career. About 3 years ago she entered the real estate education field with Superior School of Real Estate in North Carolina teaching Prelicensing, Postlicensing and Continuing Education and have enjoyed reigniting my passion for teaching. As a way to further improve my teaching skills I enrolled in graduate school in Training and Development at NCSU Fall of 2017 concentrating on Instructional Design/e-Learning Education and will received my M. Ed. in December 2019. She enjoys applying her new knowledge and skills to create effective, innovative online and in-person courses based on adult learning theory and the most up-to-date research in the field of education. Melea has had the opportunity to present at both the NCREEA and DREI conferences and now at REEA.
Rollie Litteral, CDEI, GSI, MEd - First licensed in 2004, Rollie J Litteral holds the following certifications and designations as recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®: ABR, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, SRS, AHWD, BPOR, e-PRO, GREEN, and PSA. He obtained his Broker’s license in 2007 and became a Pre-license instructor in 2015. He also is an At Home with Diversity Instructor, an international real estate course. Rollie also teaches continuing education courses in the State of Hawaii for real estate licensees.

John Mayfield - John received his real estate license in 1978 at the age of 18, has been a practicing broker since 1981 and has owned and operated as many as three offices in Southeast Missouri during his real estate career. John has taught pre and post license real estate courses since 1988. John has earned the ABR®, ABRM, CRB, CIPS, e-PRO®, GRI, RENE, (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) Military and SRS designations. John has spoken to thousands of real estate professionals in over 25 countries. He is the author of eight books and creator of the “5-Minutes Series for Real Estate Agents,” Cengage Learning, with over 25,000 copies sold. He is the co-author of “21 Mistakes Real Estate Brokers Make and How to Avoid Them,” Acclaim Press with Corky Hyatt. John is active on a local, state and national level for the REALTORS® Association, and served as the 2010 President of the CRB Council of Real Estate Brokers and Managers, is Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS® to Greece, Serbia and Bulgaria and the Missouri REALTORS 2020 Treasurer. John lives in Farmington, Missouri where he owns and operates a virtual real estate firm, an online real estate school, Global Real Estate School, and speaks full-time around the U.S. and internationally.
PeggyAnn McConnochie, DREI, GSI - “Committed to your success” is PeggyAnn’s motto and she believes it to her core. No matter what type of course or mentorship program you have with PeggyAnn, you’ll walk away with tools you can understand and use to improve your skills and your career. PeggyAnn has her GSI and her DREI. She hails from the far north, Alaska and is “excited" to have traveled more than 2,845 miles as the crow flies, and with a 4-hour time change, to be here at the REEA Conference today!
Bruce Moyer, DREI, GSI- Bruce obtained an Educational Specialists degree (Master's +30) from the University of South Carolina. After working as a counselor for ten years, he became a real estate broker and soon started his own real estate company in Charlotte. During that time, he started teaching with Superior School of Real Estate; there he was able to practice his passion for teaching. After teaching for five years, he joined the North Carolina Real Estate Commission as the Education and Licensing Officer and later the Director of Education and Licensing. During this same time, he was able to serve ARELLO through the exam accreditation committee and the education committee. He has returned to Superior School of Real Estate to become the kind of instructor that provides the highest level of knowledge in the courses he teaches and to do what he is passionate about, teaching. Bruce is actively involved in professional organizations and has served as a board member and is a Past President for REEA and has earned both his DREI and GSI with REEA.
Lara Osinusi, GSI - Omolara (Lara) Osinusi, GSI, B.A, (Hons) Law, M.A. Education, M.A Teaching, SRS, ABR, e-PRO, graduated with a Degree in Law from the University of East London and has been and educator for over 25 years. Since moving to Tennessee, she worked as a Real Estate professional for a few years before teaching in an Elementary school. She recently went back to practicing Real Estate full time and teaches Real Estate related courses. Lara has a Diploma in Teaching Adults, a Certified Distance Education Instructor and a Life Coach. She is a committed professional who has a passion for teaching.
Will Parker, GSI - Will earned a Naval Officer commission through a very competitive process (2% selection rate) of highly qualified candidates. Forward-thinking mission/results-oriented Project Manager responsible for over 100 projects. As a Naval Officer I was responsible for developing and implementing new procedures for training and execution of operations. As a military educator/instructor taught Sailors how to operate the combat system aboard their warship at Lockheed-Martin. Educating public and Real Estate agents how to be safe in their daily lives as well as life threatening situations.
Cammie Reed, GSI - Cammie lives in the Washington, DC area. She has over 35+ years of experience in real estate, and an owner of a boutique real estate brokerage and school. She has a passion for teaching that creates positive energy in the classroom. Whether she is teaching continuing education, pre-licensing for salesperson/broker, or professional development classes, she is always present and centered with her students - that nothing else matters when she is teaching. She has an Undergraduate in Business and Management, Master of Arts/Science in Divinity and Pastoral Counseling, and Doctorate in Theology. She is a licensed therapist and ordained pastor. Her training in Zen Practice, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Conscious Awareness have all shaped her calmness and attentiveness in the classroom.
Toby Schifsky - National Strategy Director – Kaplan/Dearborn Real Estate Education. For the past 15 years Toby has been responsible for delivering real estate licensing and continuing education to over 750,000 individuals in 20+ states. Through trial and error, market research, interviews, and survey work Toby has directed the creation of 150+ different courses and dozens of education marketing and sales strategies in an effort to run a successful and profitable real estate education business. Today, Toby helps other educators leverage his knowledge and experiences to establish or improve their own effective and profitable real estate education schools.
Stephanie Shaw, GSI - Stephanie has married her professional success, life experiences and talents as a coach and speaker. She teaches others how to simplify and focus their daily lives to sustain motivation and overcome obstacles to create the life they desire. Allison Willford is an enthusiastic professional with experience in video production, creative design, marketing, and social media. Allison has served on REEA's communications committee for the last 5 years, which also includes supporting the organizational initiatives through video work. At present, Allison teaches Marketing for REALTORS® and Social Media strategies for Carleton Realty. Don Wilson - From his younger days as a full-time musician, through his 20-plus year career as a sales professional in the mortgage industry, Don Wilson has always been driven by the happiness and success of others. Today, he serves as Marketing Director for Province Mortgage Associates as well as Sales Educator, Public Speaker and Business Coach for his own brand, Prospecting Intel. His new book, “What’s YOUR Woobie?”, which was selected for a TEDx Talk by Bryant University this year, helps people embrace uncomfortable change to create better habits that lead to new opportunities in business and in life.
Johnell Woody, GSI - Johnell Woody is a real estate broker, licensed instructor, coach, trainer, volunteer and pretty good cook. Johnell is passionate about real estate, devoting decades to the industry, promoting the importance of life-long learning. Originally licensed as a real estate professional by the California Department of Real Estate in 1972, there are few areas of the industry that Johnell has not experienced. Her career has provided many unique opportunities that have tempered her insight and approaches to educating prospective real estate agents, as well as "upping the game" of already productive real estate professionals. To Johnell real estate is not a job.
